GUIDELINES FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE

We only process refunds and exchanges if the buyer meets the following conditions:

  1. Requests for refunds or exchanges will not be served/entertained if the shopping error is due to the buyer’s negligence such as an incorrect selection of color or size, please ensure that the size and color selected on our platform are as desired before making payment for our goods!
  2. Refunds or exchanges will be executed if the received goods have production defects, the goods we sent do not match the shopping receipt, or the goods are sold out when the buyer has just completed the payment.
  3. Please contact us at WhatsApp No.: +62 812 3959 9613, and Email: info@naskleeng-13.com for refund and exchange requests.
  4. Always do video unboxing for mutual convenience.
  5. The goods must be returned no later than 7 days after the goods are received by the buyer.
  6. The goods must be returned in the original condition when received by the buyer.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the goods we receive back are not accompanied by our original tags, have been altered by the buyer, damaged by the buyer, or washed by the buyer.
  8. You may use shipping services other than those we use for returning goods. To ensure we receive the goods you send, always request a tracking number from the shipper and inform us via the WhatsApp number and/or Email listed in point 3.
  9. Repackage the goods you wish to return securely, send your return goods to: Naskleeng 13 HeadQuarter, Jl. Nangka Selatan no. 6, Denpasar, Bali – 80233.
  10. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we cover the cost of shipping replacement goods.
  11. If the related goods are out of stock, the full amount will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost after we receive your return goods.
  12. We are not responsible for the loss of goods during the return shipping process to us and during the shipping of replacement goods back to you.
  13. The refund and/or exchange process takes a maximum of 4 x 24 hours. The new goods and/or refund will be sent after we receive and inspect the condition of your returned goods
